Summary

PR Medical Events is a specialist healthcare congress and meetings agency. We work with pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, as well as travel management companies and meetings and events agencies, supporting the planning and delivery of international medical congress programmes.

We are looking for a Healthcare Congress Project Executive to join our team and support the planning and delivery of congress projects in the UK, Europe and other international destinations.

The role covers the full lifecycle of a project. You will coordinate hotel accommodation, registrations, delegate travel, transfers, meetings, dinners and other services required around a medical congress. You will work directly with clients, partner agencies, hotels, DMCs and other suppliers and will be responsible for keeping project information and documentation accurate and up to date.

As you gain experience, you will take responsibility for your own projects and client communication.

Much of our work involves pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, either directly or through their appointed travel and meetings partners. Attention to detail is particularly important. Projects need to follow the client's internal policies as well as the relevant requirements for healthcare professional accommodation and hospitality. We will provide training in these areas.

International travel is part of the role. You will occasionally travel with the project team to provide on site support at medical congresses.
