Tesco Team Support pay starts at £15.14 per hour, rising to £16.41 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
You will be responsible for
Delivering thoughtful, consistent customer service and setting a strong example for the team
Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best
Communicating clearly through a variety of methods to keep the team informed and aligned
Confidently leading the team in the Manager’s absence
Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change
Motivating and inspiring colleagues to exceed expectations
Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day
