This full-time, permanent role provides a combination of sales and customer service responsibilities in a professional and supportive environment.

- Realistic on-target earnings between £38,000 and £40,000

- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5.30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am - 1pm

Duties of the Trade Parts Advisor:

- Handle trade and retail parts enquiries efficiently and professionally

- Process orders accurately and swiftly

- Upsell parts to maximise sales and revenue

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Manage stock levels effectively to ensure availability

- Support the parts team with daily operational tasks

- Contribute to departmental sales targets and customer service standards

Requirements of the Trade Parts Advisor:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Trade Parts Advisor or a Parts Advisor

- Strong understanding of automotive parts and parts department operations

- Sales-driven with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

- Experience with Kerridge or Keyloop systems is advantageous

- Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
