Duties of the Parts Sales Executive:

- Achieve individual KPIs to support the centre’s overall sales targets

- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls (approximately 100 per day) efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and lead times

- Identify and maximise sales opportunities within the customer base

- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments

- Develop and sustain excellent relationships with key customers through regular communication and face-to-face visits

- Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and order processing

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and sales management to support team objectives

- Handle all customer enquiries professionally, delivering high customer service standards

Requirements of the Parts Sales Executive:

- Proven track record in parts sales within the motor trade, preferably with trade parts knowledge

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner

- Target-oriented and motivated to surpass sales goals

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- IT literacy, particularly with MS Excel and dealership management systems

- Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a proactive work approach
