We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Fast Fit Centre Manager in Canterbury, Kent. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead a successful team within a reputable automotive network. The Fast Fit Centre Manager role is vital in ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitable growth.

Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer service and operational efficiency

- Maximise workshop productivity to meet profit targets

- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality

- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, managing staff and adhering to health and safety regulations

- Promote the company brand and develop strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business

- Manage stock security and control, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with company procedures

- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies

- Monitor and maintain workshop compliance standards and health & safety policies

Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:

- Proven experience in automotive management, preferably within a fast fit or autocentre environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Ability to meet financial targets and drive sales

- Knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience

- Full UK driving license

- Availability to work 48 hours per week, including Saturdays
