Duties of the Service Receptionist role:

- Providing expert advice and personalised customer service for vehicle servicing and repairs

- Managing service bookings and scheduling to optimise workshop efficiency

- Upselling additional services and repair work to maximise revenue

- Communicating effectively between customers and technical staff

- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and vehicle histories

- Building strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and future business

Requirements for the Service Receptionist position:

- Proven experience as a Service Receptionist or Advisor within the motor trade

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Organised, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
