Summary

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Business Manager to join a reputable dealership in Chelmsford, Essex.

This position offers a significant opportunity for a professional with a strong background in automotive sales and finance to contribute to the success of a respected dealership.

The successful Business Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and driving vehicle sales through effective team leadership.

- Basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £100,000 including bonuses and commissions

Duties of a Business Manager:

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise vehicle sales

- Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists and external partners to optimise sales opportunities

- Provide expert financial guidance to assist customers in their purchasing decisions

- Ensure all activities comply with dealership policies and industry standards

- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive finance products and credit options

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within the motor trade

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- In-depth understanding of finance products and credit solutions

- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships

- Full UK driving license

- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, compliance regulations, and industry standards
