You will need effective oral and written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. There is no closing date, but application forms should be submitted as soon as possible.

What the school offers its staff

The JCB Academy is a school specialising in business and engineering. We teach learners from Y9 to SixthForm and provide Intermediate (L2) and Advanced (L3) apprenticeship programmes as well as Business and Engineering T-Levels which provide additional choices post-GCSE. Our approach pairs classroom learning with practical application, and we have an impressive range of world-class industry partners who help with that. JCB, of course, but also including Bosch Rexroth, Harper Adams University, Rolls-Royce and ToyotaMotor Manufacturing. Names that can turn heads with learners and lock in their learning engagement.

Commitment to safeguarding

The JCB Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
