Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Appointment of a temporary Administration and Clerical Clerk (Grade 4) to start in November to cover a maternity position with the potential for extension depending on the wishes of the current post holder.
The post is 37 hours per week over 40 weeks.

With our current receptionist soon to be taking maternity leave, Prince Edward Primary is looking for a welcoming and compassionate individual to work as part of a skilled team and keep our vibrant school running smoothly.

The successful candidate will:
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build warm, positive relationships under pressure
• Ideally have experience of school administration (or a strong willingness to learn quickly)
• Be resilient, with common sense, and the confidence to work on their own initiative
• Demonstrate good time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
We are also looking for these desirable skills:
• Familiarity with school information systems such as Arbor and Parent Hub
• Competency in MS Excel and MS Word
