About the Role

Cleeve Park School is seeking to appoint an inspiring, strategic, and visionary Assistant Headteacher (AHT) SENCO to join our Senior Leadership Team from January 2027. This is a pivotal opportunity for a driven leader with a proven track record of educational excellence to champion inclusive provision, shape our school’s learning culture, and drive our journey of continuous improvement.

As AHT SENCO, you will lead our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision with high ambition, fostering an environment where curiosity thrives and every student—regardless of background or start point—is empowered to achieve their full potential.
