This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive HR and Organisational Development team, providing essential coordination and administrative support during a significant programme of TUPE transfers and organisational change. - Producing letters, consultation documents, meeting invitations and employee communications
- Supporting staff briefings, consultation meetings and engagement activity
- Responding to straightforward employee and manager queries, escalating more complex matters appropriately
- Monitoring key deadlines and highlighting outstanding actions or inconsistencies
- Supporting wider HR activity, including employee relations administration, reporting and HR documentation

- Experience maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and trackers
- Confidence preparing professional HR correspondence and documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity to bring your existing HR experience to a friendly and collaborative environment while developing valuable exposure to TUPE, organisational change and HR project activity. You will be joining a supportive team where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to keep activity moving will be genuinely valued. The role offers hybrid working in Leeds and will consider candidates seeking either full-time hours or four days per week
