Overhead Crane Operator looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced

We are currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious individuals to join a well-established industrial operation in

Scunthorpe. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with competitive pay rates, regular overtime and the potential for permanent employment.

Pay & Benefits

£14.04 per hour for the first 12 weeks

£14.64 per hour after 12 weeks

Overtime paid at £21.06 per hour

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday rotating shifts:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

Key Responsibilities

• Operating overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving heavy steel products around site.
• Transporting materials to production and storage areas.
• Carrying out daily crane checks and reporting any faults.
• Working closely with production teams to meet operational targets.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Assisting with general material handling duties as required.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous

Overhead Crane Operator experience is essential.

• Experience working within the

steel, manufacturing, engineering or heavy industrial sector.

• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, motivated and hardworking attitude.
