Summary
We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Interventions Practitioner who is passionate and able to make a positive contribution to the learning experiences of our students.Are you an experienced SEND practitioner or would like to make the transition into a different sector of education?Do you want to make a genuine difference to outcomes and future life chances of young people?Do you value making a positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of students as well as their academic progress?Churchward School is an innovative special school in Swindon supporting students with social, communication and interaction difficulties find their place in the world. We provide exceptional outcomes for students through a combination of emotional regulation, social interaction and academic progress giving our students the tools they need to take the next steps life, whatever they might be.
