You will support the class teacher with the teaching and learning of the class. We are looking for a teaching assistant who:- can form good relationships with children, parents and staff;- can demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning; - sees each child as an individual and understands how children learn;- has good interpersonal and communication skills;- is able to make observations of children’s learning and plan suitable next steps for them;- can work effectively as part of a team within a classroom and throughout the school;- is flexible and hard-working.
