Summary

Manages independent workload within set boundaries and with day-to-day oversight. SSNAP data administrator works closely with Multidisciplinary clinical stroke teams to manage and secure patient care metrics. Role will include data extraction and entry from clinical records and service level dashboards. Deadline management - ensuring all required clinical records are locked and approved prior to strict, quarterly national data locking deadlines. Ensuring data quality and accuracy. Cross team coordination - Managing patient record transfers between acute hospital stroke units and community rehabilitation teams to prevent duplicate tracking. Handles complex queries, confidential correspondence and sensitive data. Maintains Specialised databases of the Sentinel stroke National Audit programme (SSNAP) and service specific dashboards to meet key service indicators. To raise Quests for any issues relating to KPI breaches, system / process failure, etc. Assist with regular reviews of processes and procedures. Attend regular meetings with service leads or team leads as required. Attend regular team meetings, contributing in a positive manner. Ensure mandatory training is completed. Any other duties, which may be required to ensure the efficient running of the service.
