Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager (RGN) to lead an established nursing and dementia care service in Cheshire.
You will have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, compliance and operational performance of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred care while supporting and developing multidisciplinary teams.
