We are seeking a Workplace Ambassador to support the day-to-day workplace experience within a 10-floor corporate environment.

​Reporting to the Workplace Manager, this is a highly client-facing, mobile role with responsibility for managing and supporting a designated floor serving approximately 500-600 people.

Job Description

Working as part of a team of Workplace Ambassadors, you will help create an exceptional workplace experience while providing support across multiple floors when required.

​This role offers comprehensive training, exposure to a corporate environment, and clear opportunities for future career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a designated floor, serving approximately 500-600 people.

Act as a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors and clients on the floor.

Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive workplace experience.

Support seating arrangements, equipment requests and general workspace set-up.

Conduct daily floor inspections and identify workplace issues.

Liaise with relevant teams regarding maintenance, engineering and workplace service requirements.

Assist with workplace activities, events and community initiatives.

Provide cover and support across multiple floors as required.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong communication skills.

Professional, clear and confident communication style.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant corporate, hospitality or customer service experience.

Experience using workplace systems, such as Microsoft Office, is advantageous.
