Are you a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for an opportunity to work within one of London's leading prep schools?

A highly regarded and prestigious prep school in Kensington is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join their outstanding early years team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about providing exceptional care and education and would thrive within a high-quality, nurturing and inspiring school environment.

About the role

Working as part of the Early Years team, you will help create a stimulating and engaging environment where children are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and curiosity.

You will support children's learning through carefully planned activities, play and exploration, while building strong and positive relationships with children and their families.

The school places a strong emphasis on providing an excellent early years experience, with dedicated staff working together to give every child the best possible start to their education.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification

Has experience working within an early years or nursery setting

Is passionate about providing exceptional care and education

Has a strong understanding of the EYFS

Is confident supporting children's learning and development through play

Is warm, nurturing and genuinely enjoys working with young children

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is professional, organised and a strong team player

Takes pride in creating a stimulating and well-presented learning environment

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
