Summary

CAW is a leading supplier and installer of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, patio doors, bi-folding doors and commercial glazing systems across Cornwall. We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Manager to oversee all post-installation service operations and lead our service team based from our Truro head office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule service engineers and customer appointments.

Handle all service enquiries, warranty work, and product issues.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems with uPVC and aluminium systems.

Maintain accurate service records and reporting.

Ensure high standards of customer care and workmanship.

Work closely with engineers, installation teams, customers and suppliers.

Source and order materials from suppliers.

Uphold health and safety standards.
