Summary

You will lead the marketing, engagement and media strategy, driving user growth, strengthening client relationships and developing new commercial opportunities.

The Role:

As Marketing & Engagement Manager, you will own the *shopt marketing strategy and deliver activity that increases retailer acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial growth. You will use insight to identify opportunities, improve performance and ensure consistent brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the *shopt marketing, engagement and communications strategy

Drive retailer acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial growth

Identify new revenue opportunities and build strong client relationships

Use data, insight and customer feedback to improve campaigns and performance

Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, performance targets and external partners

Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver strategic priorities

What We're Looking For:

Significant experience in a senior marketing, growth, engagement or commercial marketing role

Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts and return on investment

Experience building client relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear strategic action

A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and gain support across multiple functions

Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills

Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners

The confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

Strong project leadership and organisational skills

Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm

Hybrid working, with up to three days per week in the office
