Summary

We are recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to join our established team in Queen's Court (Oak unit), Old Colwyn. MAT leave cover, 9+ months.

What you’ll be doing:

Oak unit is a residential assessment and rehabilitation unit for adults who have a range of needs, including mental health and complex needs.

Waking night shifts 8 pm to 8 am.

Supporting 1-1 and continuing to promote positive well-being.

Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.

Taking part in the chosen activities of the people that live with us.

Personal care.

Who you are:

Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.

Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.

Have an NVQ level 2 or are willing to work towards it.

Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure

Quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
