Summary
We are pleased to announce that we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Waking Night Support Worker.

Grange Mount is a supported living flat scheme in the heart of Birkenhead. Here we support up to 6 adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that can be challenging. We aim to promote independence and inclusion, enabling people to lead a full and productive life within their community.

£13.00 per hour
40 hours per week; we operate a rolling rota

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs
Promoting independence
Personal care
Will involve lone working
Working effectively as part of a team
Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support, both within the service and out in the community
Waking nights,4 nights per week, shift times 10 pm to 8 am, will involve working weekends and bank holidays
Who you are:
You will have a minimum of one year of experience working in a social care setting
Flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Motivated and a team player
Females only due to the needs of the service
