Your Level 3 childcare qualification could take your career beyond a nursery and into a primary school.
Prebook Recruitment is looking for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join the EYFS team at a welcoming school in Hayes, starting ASAP.
You'll use the Early Years skills you already have while gaining valuable experience of how children are supported as they begin their journey through education.
Working alongside the teacher and EYFS team, you'll help children learn through play, conversation, exploration and structured activities.
Your day could include:
- Supporting individual children and small groups.
- Developing speech, language and communication.
- Reinforcing early phonics and number skills.
- Encouraging learning through purposeful play.
- Supporting social and emotional development.
- Helping children build friendships and confidence.
- Encouraging independence with everyday routines.
- Supporting children with SEND or additional needs.
- Preparing activities and learning resources.
- Observing progress and feeding back to teaching staff.
You'll need a recognised Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification and previous experience working with young children.
You could currently be working in a nursery, preschool, Early Years setting or primary school.
We're looking for someone who is patient, enthusiastic and understands how young children learn and develop.
An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one, will be required.
This is an opportunity to add school-based EYFS experience to your existing childcare skills and develop your knowledge of early learning, SEND and classroom support.
You'll receive:
