Summary

A Vacancy at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust.

Dorset is part way through an ambitious two-year transformation programme to build and embed Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) as a catalyst for system-wide change and more localised, joined-up care.

The Neighbourhood Health & Wellbeing Programme and the development of INTs are complex and evolving processes.

While we are clear on what needs to be achieved, improving outcomes and experience for people and communities, the approach to achieving this will continue to evolve through the programme development and delivery.

This requires a flexible and adaptable approach, working closely with programme stakeholders and leadership to respond to emerging needs, navigate complexity and support the agile planning, coordination and delivery of the programme.

This is an internal opportunity open to colleagues employed by - Dorset HealthCare, Dorset County Hospital, University Hospitals Dorset, Dorset Primary Care, Dorset County Council, Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole County Council and the Dorset ICB. The Programme Planning and Co-ordination Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the Neighbourhood Programmes Transformation Management Office, ensuring coordinated plans support the delivery of programme benefits and outcomes.

The role will coordinate and support programme activity, governance, reporting and resources; track progress, risks and interdependencies; and provide effective support to programme leadership, Delivery team and stakeholders.
