JOB TITLE:    LECTURER - HOSPITALITY AND TOURISMLOCATION:    KING'S LYNNHOURS:         37 PER WEEK- TO INCLUDE ONE EVENING SESSION, DAY TO BE CONFIRMEDSALARY:       £31,904 - £40,232 PER ANNUMThis is a fantastic opportunity for an additional Lecturer to support our Hospitality and Tourism teams.What matters most to us is your enthusiasm, your ability to engage and motivate our young people and your passion for learning.  If you do not hold a teaching qualification CWA will support you to obtain this through extensive CPD, financial mentorship and a supportive timetable.  You will teach on a range of courses, primarily level 1 and 2, and age ranges including 16 - 18 and adult learners.  The successful post holder will be part of the team based on campus, within our industry standard NOVUS restaurant and Tourism themed classrooms.  You must have experience of working in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, with a focus on customer service in this fast-paced environment and of leading a team.  A relevant level 3 qualification is essential, and a degree is desirable. A teaching qualification is not essential however the college will support you to obtain one through extensive CPD and mentorship.Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications.  Appointments will not be made at point 10 or above (£34,687 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England.
