Summary
Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to patients and visitors. Answer and manage telephone enquiries appropriately. Maintain and update patient records accurately. Process patient registrations and appointment bookings. Manage incoming correspondence, emails and documents. Scan and file documentation within agreed timescales. Process prescription requests and administrative tasks. Support recall and disease register programmes. Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. Work closely with clinicians and colleagues to support the smooth running of the practice.
