Summary
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential housebuilding? We are recruiting for a respected developer with a healthy pipeline of new housing projects across the Highlands.You will manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish. Your goal is to deliver safe, high-quality homes on time and within budget.
Manage daily operations on a live residential housing site.
Lead and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and site labor.
Keep the build programme on track to hit target completion dates.
Enforce strict health and safety standards across the site.
Monitor build quality to meet NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
Manage NHBC inspections and customer handovers.
Work closely with technical, commercial, sales, and customer care teams.
Keep accurate site records and progress reports.
