Do you have experience supporting young children within an educational setting?

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistant who can help children develop their confidence and independence?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary school in Caldicot that is looking to appoint a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant within its Early Years provision. The school is seeking a positive and supportive individual who can use their Welsh language skills to help create an engaging learning environment for young children.

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will support children throughout the Early Years, assisting with classroom activities, encouraging engagement and providing general support to help pupils progress with their learning and development.

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:

The ability to speak Welsh fluently

Experience working with children in an educational or Early Years setting

A good understanding of supporting young children's learning and development

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A patient and caring approach

An enthusiastic and adaptable attitude
