We are looking for a full-time Registered Service Manager to lead two of our services in Bury St Edmunds, supporting people with a learning disability to live the life they choose. The successful applicant will be supported by a 30 hour Assistant Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day. in this role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while creating an environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, providing clear leadership, developing staff teams, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with families, commissioners, and partner agencies. As a registered manager with CQC the postholder is responsible for maintaining CQC standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal and external standards

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in health and social care, ideally with experience supporting people with a learning disability. Excellent people management skills, a practical and values-led approach to leadership, and a good understanding of what great support looks like in practice are essential. You must also have or be willing to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).

Your working week will be Mon - Fri 9-5 as standard, however weekend cover may be required occasionally. The registered office is on the same site as both properties and there are other managers working from the office.
