The Role

A passionate and enthusiastic Solicitor is required to join its respected Education Law team, working alongside a leading specialist and their experienced colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within a growing and specialist area of law.

As an Education Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunal matters on behalf of claimants, alongside discrimination claims acting for respondent schools. You will provide expert legal advice and representation, supporting clients throughout the tribunal process from initial instruction through to successful resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing your own caseload of Education Law matters.

- Advising clients on legal options, risks and case strategy.

- Preparing tribunal applications, witness statements, evidence bundles and other legal documentation.

- Representing clients before Education Tribunals where appropriate.

- Instructing and liaising with Counsel as required.

- Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the Education Law practice.
