Summary

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable prestige main dealership located in Canterbury, Kent. Duties:

- Book work into the workshop, including MOTs and servicing appointments

- Upsell additional products, such as service plans and accessories

- Provide exemplary customer service by managing customer journey from booking to vehicle collection

- Maintain customer communication throughout the repair process

- Accurately process and update service records

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment

- Full UK driving license

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to upsell and maximise workshop revenue

- Commercial awareness and understanding of automotive services preferred
