We are currently recruiting for the position of Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client in Bishop's Stortford. - Basic salary of £24,000 per annum plus an OTE of approximately £55,000

- Monday to Saturday working week with a fixed weekday off

- Alternating Sundays, typically 1 in 3, with working hours from 10am to 4pm

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

- Engaging with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options

- Driving showroom activity to meet and exceed sales targets

- Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle products, features, and industry trends

- Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Promoting dealership services and ancillary products to maximise revenue

- Supporting the wider team to achieve departmental objectives

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry or a similar sales role

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Valid UK driving licence

- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

- Customer-focused approach with a professional manner and rapport-building skills

- Proactive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
