Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound email inquiries within specified response times

- Verify customer information and ensure GDPR compliance in all communications

- Open, manage, and process claims files for approval and authorisation

- Handle inbound calls, understand caller needs, and provide appropriate information or transfer as necessary

- Clearly explain claim validation processes to customers

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

- Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable individual

- Proficient in PC use with experience in MS Office

- Previous experience in policies, claims, insurance, or automotive industry beneficial

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently within a team or independently
