Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a

Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join a busy team in

Tiverton, Devon, for an initial three-week temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administration or reception experience who is organised, reliable and confident working as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • £12.95 per hour.

  • Monday to Friday working pattern.

  • 10am-2pm working hours.

  • Initial three-week temporary assignment.

  • ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan, file and organise paperwork.

  • Use internal systems to close customer orders and maintain accurate records.

  • Answer telephone calls and provide switchboard cover.

  • Welcome visitors and provide professional reception support.

  • Support the wider team with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous administration or reception experience.

  • Organised and detail-focused.

  • Confident using computer systems.

  • Professional and approachable.

  • Comfortable handling telephone and reception duties.

  • Reliable and available for the full three-week assignment.
