Service Technician

London & South East | Field-Based Role | Specialist Training Provided

Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys fault-finding, solving problems and working directly with customers?

We're recruiting for a Service Technician to join a growing engineering team supporting high-profile customer sites across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating within the security and entrance control sector, offering specialist product training, long-term career development and the chance to work with industry-leading technology.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of entrance control and access systems, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional and reliable service.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance

Diagnosing faults and completing repairs

Responding to breakdowns and service calls

Conducting equipment inspections and health checks

Building strong relationships with customers on site

Completing service documentation and reports

Managing vehicle stock and spare parts

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak to engineers from a range of backgrounds, including:

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance

Electrical Maintenance

You'll ideally have strong fault-finding skills, a practical engineering mindset and experience working in a customer-facing environment.
