Teaching Assistant (Primary & Secondary) - Flexible & Supply Roles

Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting young learners? We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join local schools across. Whether you are an experienced TA, a graduate looking to gain classroom experience, or someone with a background in childcare, sports coaching, or care, we have long-term and flexible day-to-day roles available to suit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Support classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery and effective classroom management.

Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to boost literacy, numeracy, and overall confidence.

Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as ASD, ADHD, or speech delays.

Create an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.

Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.

An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).

Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.

What we offer

Competitive Pay:

£85.00 - £105.00 per day (dependent on experience), paid weekly via PAYE with no hidden umbrella fees.
