- £12.71 dependent on age, plus excellent benefitsSchedule: Casual contract, flexible to work various shifts to meet the needs of the business, this will include lots of weekend working.

to join their team and help make a positive difference every day.
As a Kids Activity Assistant, you'll help create safe, engaging and enjoyable holiday experiences for children and young people across the local community. Through a range of activities, you'll support children to stay active, build confidence and develop new skills in an inclusive environment. Your work will have a positive impact on communities by helping young people make the most of their school holidays while giving families access to trusted, high-quality leisure services.
What you’ll do as a Kids Activity Assistant
- Deliver fun and safe sports, arts and crafts activities in line with the holiday scheme programme
· Facilitating and hosting children's birthday parties, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all attendees.
- Support high-quality holiday scheme provision by working closely with colleagues
- Engage positively with children to create an enjoyable, inclusive and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with site procedures
- Follow safeguarding practices at all times and comply with policies and procedures
- Carry out other appropriate duties in line with the nature of the role

- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage different activity areas
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to working with children

This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements.
