The roleMercia School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and flexible individual to lead the cleaning team. The successful candidate should be proactive, with an eye for detail and the drive to ensure the job is completed to a high standard. The lead cleaner will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, be a key holder and responsible for the security of the site. The lead cleaner is a key member of the team who reports to the site manager and is involved in planning deep cleans and maintaining standards daily.
