Summary

Traffic Marshalls Required - Northampton & Surrounding Areas

We are currently looking to connect with experienced Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksmen for a range of upcoming construction projects in Northampton and the surrounding areas.

This is a speculative vacancy aimed at building our network of reliable and skilled candidates for future work with reputable construction contractors across the region.

Requirements:✅ Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification

✅ CSCS Card

✅ Previous construction site experience

✅ Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures

✅ Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude

Typical Duties:

Directing site traffic safely around busy construction sites

Banking plant, HGVs and delivery vehicles

Managing site access and deliveries

Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle segregation

Assisting site management with health & safety compliance

Supporting the smooth running of site logistics
