Summary

Working hours: This is a part-time role, 12 hours per week

Salary: £30,784 per annum pro rata. Actual salary £10,554.51 for 12 hours per week

ROLE DUTIES

- Service and maintain plumbing and non-electrical fixtures and fittings, including repairing faults

- General garden care including but not limited to; mowing the lawn, trimming hedges and bushes and anything else deemed necessary

- Adhere to the Centre’s Health & Safety policies, ensuring fire exits are kept shut and clear and reporting any concerns where necessary.

- Be competent at using a wide range of standard hand and power tools to perform the job as required and to ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working order, clean and stored correctly

CRITERIA

- Experienced and competent in carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks

- Experience of painting and decorating.

- Experience of basic plumbing, carpentry, or similar maintenance work.

- Willingness to undertake relevant training
