Summary
We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Anglian Water IOS team based in Norwich.
Location: Norwich
Hours: 45 hours per week

As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in the safe and efficient delivery of site work across our projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of site operations, working collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure excellent standards in safety, quality, time, and cost management. You'll be at the heart of our operations, leading by example and supporting teams to achieve outstanding results.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the IOS team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and efficiently on water and water recycling projects.
Your day to day will include:
-Leading SHEQ performance across projects, including conducting periodic visits and maintaining comprehensive safety documentation
-Managing all Health & Safety matters on site, completing inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
-Overseeing multiple concurrent projects, supporting site-based supervisors and delivery teams
-Working with the Resource Manager to coordinate direct labour and supply chain activities in line with project deliverables
-Ensuring projects are delivered within tender allowances and agreed programmes, including procurement of plant, materials and specialist subcontractors
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if you hold:
-Experience within the water, civils, or construction industry
-Sound commercial and contractual awareness
-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and keep stakeholders informed
-Good understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
-You hold a Full driving licence
-Confined Spaces- Medium risk certification
