What you'll need to succeed

As a Graduate Residential Valuation Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors, supporting the delivery of residential valuation services for a diverse range of clients and property types.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with residential property inspections and assessments.

Collecting and analysing market and property data.

Supporting the preparation of valuation reports and recommendations.

Undertaking research into local property markets and trends.

Assisting senior surveyors with a variety of valuation projects.

Maintaining accurate records and property information.

Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the valuation process.

This role provides excellent exposure to professional surveying practice and offers structured support towards achieving MRICS status.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related RICS-accredited discipline.

Strong interest in residential property valuation and surveying.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

High attention to detail and organisational skills.

A professional and proactive approach to work.

Full UK driving licence.
