Summary
Our client in Newhouse is looking to appoint a Stock Controller to join their team as soon as possible. This will be on a 12 week temp to perm basis.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate an adequate understanding and practical appreciation of warehousing and stock control procedures. Clear communication skills, effective team working skills and a keen eye for detail are essential attributes required for this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
Conducting and verifying daily stock checks
Ensuring that cycle counts are processed, and discrepancies are investigated
Documenting and investigating losses and gains
Completing stock-related records as required
Liaising with warehouse personnel regarding stock movements and discrepancies
Processing of damages, disgorges, destructions and maintenance of cages
Hours - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00.
