We are currently recruiting for a
Warehouse Operative (Goods In/Out) to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in
LS11, Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time work with the potential to secure a long-term position.
The Role
Working within the goods in and goods out department, you will be responsible for ensuring stock is received, processed and dispatched accurately. This is a physically demanding role, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling and being on their feet throughout the shift.
Duties Include:
- Receiving and booking in deliveries
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse technology to track inventory
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Happy to undertake physical work and manual handling duties
- Good spoken English and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology such as handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
Pay & Hours:
£12.71 per hour
£13.71 per hour after 6:00pm
Monday to Friday
12:00pm - 8:00pm
