What you will bring to the role You will bring expertise and enthusiasm for education, curriculum design and competency-based learning, with the ability to develop and redesign education programmes that respond to the evolving needs of our workforce. You will be confident in translating learning needs and professional standards into clear, structured and meaningful learning pathways, ensuring education is relevant, inclusive and supports colleagues to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required for their roles. You will bring a creative, evidence informed and improvement focused approach, working collaboratively with colleagues and subject matter experts to review existing provision, identify opportunities for improvement and develop robust competency frameworks and learning resources. Above all, you will be passionate about creating high-quality learning experiences that support workforce capability, career development and safe, effective patient care.
