Domiciliary Care Worker – Witney – Up to £15 per Hour

Role Overview

Completely Care is looking for caring and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers in Witney to support individuals in their own homes. You will provide personalised care and practical assistance, helping clients maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing while remaining in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with personal care and everyday routines.

Assist with meal preparation, medication and household tasks.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Encourage independence and involvement in enjoyable activities.

Follow individual care plans, policies and safeguarding procedures.

Identify and report changes in health, behaviour or wellbeing.

Complete clear and accurate care documentation.

Work closely with families, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Skills & Experience

We are keen to hear from experienced Domiciliary Care Workers, Support Workers, Care Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Dementia Care Workers.

Applicants should be compassionate, dependable and respectful, with good communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
