Domiciliary Care Worker – Banbury – Up to £15 per Hour

Role Overview

Completely Care is recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers in Banbury to provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing while providing high-quality support tailored to each person's needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.

Assist with meals, medication and household tasks.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Encourage independence and meaningful activities.

Follow individual care plans and procedures.

Monitor and report changes in health or wellbeing.

Maintain accurate care records.

Work effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Skills & Experience

We welcome applications from experienced Domiciliary Care Workers, Support Workers, Care Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Dementia Care Workers.

Candidates should be caring, reliable and compassionate, with good communication skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
