Domiciliary Care Worker, Bicester, up to £15 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team in Bicester, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enhancing their independence and overall well-being through tailored care plans and person-centred approaches, and promoting dignity, respect, and a positive attitude in all interactions, with a focus on delivering exceptional healthcare services in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, your key responsibilities will include supporting clients with their daily routines, including assisting with meals, medications, personal care, and providing companionship, maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, while also helping clients engage in purposeful and enjoyable activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or Dementia Care Worker, with a caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to supporting others, and the ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support services in a domiciliary care setting.
