Summary

The Healthcare Service Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day management and delivery of healthcare services, ensuring that services are safe, effective, responsive, well-led and compliant with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and organisational policies.

The post holder will provide operational leadership to healthcare staff, coordinate resources, monitor service quality and performance, and work with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for patients and service users.
