Summary

Provide direct access to patients seeking health care management and advice. Assess, diagnose, treat or refer patients with minor injuries and assess and direct illnesses as an autonomous practitioner. Promote and use evidence-based practice to provide clinically effective care. Be aware of other resources outside the service that may be used to supplement this information. Have a high standard of computer skills to enable correct data management Provide health promotion advice on an individual basis and encourage patient selfmanagement of health and well-being. Supply and administer medications that are approved under Patient Group Direction (PGD). Conduct remote clinical assessments using video, telephone, and digital triage systems Please refer to the Job Description and Personal Specification attached in the advert for all roles and responsibilities.
